Road map to recovery is a highway to hell

Liberal Democrats Member for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty says Premier Daniel Andrews has shown contempt for Northern Victorians by keeping them in stage three restrictions.

After the weekend’s announcement of a road map for recovery from coronavirus restrictions, Mr Quilty said the Victorian Government is yet again demonstrating its disdain for regional Victoria.

Tim Quilty says border bubble map provides good template for a separate state

Liberal Democrats Member for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty has said the expansion of the border bubble zone could provide a template for a new separate state.

The NSW Government introduced an expanded area along the NSW-Victoria border early this morning which gives access to NSW to more residents, following massive backlash against the strict 2km bubble in place for several months.

This abhorrent arrest is what I tried so hard to stop

Liberal Democrats Member for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty has pointed to the arrest of pregnant Ballarat mum Zoe Buhler as a reason why he was so opposed to the Victorian Government’s emergency powers extension.

A spine-chilling video released yesterday shows police entering Ms Buhler’s home and handcuffing her in front of her children and husband, all because of an anti-lockdown Facebook post.

Tim Quilty urges public to keep pressure on Government over emergency power extension

Tim Quilty disappointed as Andrews Government secures emergency powers extension

Liberal Democrats Member for Northern Victoria Tim Quilty says he is deeply disappointed that the Victorian Government has been granted an extension of emergency powers.
